Before we begin training, we complete a personalised health assessment to understand how your body is designed to move, recover and respond to exercise. This ensures that every session is matched to your energy, your structure and your individual needs — so you get faster results with less frustration and less pain.
And Because Exercise Alone Isn’t Enough…
We also look at the key areas of your health that influence your ability to get results — including stress, sleep, recovery, daily habits and motivation. When these elements are aligned, your body responds more quickly and your progress becomes far easier and more sustainable.
What You Can Expect From Your Personal Training Sessions
• 45- or 60-Minute Personal Training Sessions (45 minutes are only available on zoom)
• Train as Often as You Need: Weekly or fortnighly — your plan is built around your pace and budget.
• Mobile Personal Training in the Hutt Valley only (depending on availability) or via zoom.
• Professionally Qualified and REPs registered, with a long history of industry excellence — including NZ Fitness Industry Awards finalist.
