Sessions are available in your home across Upper and Lower Hutt, or online via Zoom—so it’s easy to get started wherever you are.

Every Personal Training Package Starts With an Assessment

Before we begin training, I complete a personalised health assessment to understand how your body is designed to move, recover and respond to exercise. This ensures that every session is matched to your energy, your structure and your individual needs — so you get faster results with less frustration and less pain.

That’s why personal training is only part of the picture.

I also consider the key areas that affect how your body responds, including sleep, stress, recovery, and daily habits.

When these are working in your favour, training feels easier and your progress becomes more consistent.

Your coaching is a monthly subscription, with pricing starting from $268 per month (based on fortnightly sessions) depending on how often we meet. Session frequency will depend on your individual requirements and the level of support you prefer. Please note: membership to the personalised health platform is not included in the above pricing, and you’re not tied into long-term contracts.

Online Programme

If you want a personalised starting point at a more accessible investment, the 12-week Self-Paced Online Programme is the ideal entry into understanding your unique health and fitness needs. You can add coaching anytime you’d like extra support. Programme investment is $695 NZD or 3 monthly payments of $250 NZD. The programme includes access to the personalised health platform.
