Health coaching includes supporting those who want to improve their health, energy, and mindset, reduce stress and anxiety, manage chronic health conditions, or lose weight — wherever they’re starting from.

If you’re not seeing the results you expected, or simply don’t know where to start, it’s often because the full picture hasn’t been considered.

Your sleep, stress levels, daily habits, and routines all shape how you feel and function. And importantly, no two people experience these in the same way.

Because of this, health coaching takes a personalised approach. Rather than following a generic plan, I work with you to understand your hormones, digestion, energy patterns, and lifestyle — and build a clear, practical strategy designed specifically for you.

Health coaching focuses on the areas that have the biggest impact on how you feel day to day — with everything tailored to you, including the uniqueness of your body structure and your lifestyle.

Exercise and nutrition are important, and as a personal trainer I understand their role. However, exercise alone doesn’t address mindset, motivation, or poor sleep — all of which impact your results and recovery. This is where a broader, more personalised approach becomes important.

As a result, using practical strategies and tools as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, alongside a personalised health approach, I help you change behaviours, reduce cravings, and build habits that support your health long term.

1 On 1 Coaching Investment

Your coaching is a monthly subscription, with pricing starting from $268 per month (based on fortnightly sessions) depending on how often we meet. Session frequency will depend on your individual requirements and the level of support you prefer. Please note: membership to the personalised health platform is not included in the above pricing, and you’re not tied into long-term contracts.

Online Programme

If you want a personalised starting point at a more accessible investment, the 12-week Self-Paced Online Programme is the ideal entry into understanding your unique health and fitness needs. You can add coaching anytime you’d like extra support. Programme investment $695 NZD or 3 monthly payments of $250 NZD. Includes access to the personalised health platform.
